Yes, you are right about the name.  I have a copy of my Dad's birth certificate from Italy: Certificato Di Nascita.  His real name is
 Arnesmando Balestra.

Right Again, John.  Adalaida was my Dad's mother.  We called her Nonna Rae.  I figure that family portrait was taken sometime around 1912 not long after they came to this country.  I have to ask Mom but I think they may have lived in West Annville when the picture was taken but later they lived in Hershey.  Of course all of the kids except Lena then lived in West Annville when they grew up. 
 

ok,, i think i remember Tina and Ray living there,, but don't remember the kids.....hmmmmmmmmmmm. am i slipping??
